Unlike many brands that inflate product prices to hide shipping costs, we keep our product prices true to value, only adding a small margin to cover our operations. Due to the complexity and variable cost of shipping energy drinks—especially based on location, weight, and carrier rates—we calculate shipping at checkout based on your delivery address and order size/weight.

Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.
- Orders placed before 12 PM (PST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship only within the United States.
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories at this time.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
FIREGINUSA.COM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. However, we will assist in filing a claim if needed.
